1. Definition

Self-Deposit Bank Owner (SDBO):
Individual or legal entity owning a SDB whose address is listed in the Extranet network and which holds a private or public certificate authorising it to place this SDB in this location. Even in the case where the SDBO is obliged to sub-contract the management of the SDB, it remains a guarantor of the respect of public order and of all of the obligations incurred on it by the occupancy agreement.

Sorting operators:
Legal entity operating a facility sorting used, separately collected CHF with a view to its end treatment.

2. Eligibility criteria

Self-Deposit Bank Owner (SDBO):

Official approval consequently obliges you to:

  • Display streamlined signage on your Self-Deposit Banks (collection addresses)
  • Declare the tonnages collected and their destination on a quarterly basis​
  • Declare the tonnages collected per address on an annual basis
  • Regularly update your addresses via the Extranet network

Sorting operators:

  • Be a separate legal entity
  • Your sorting facility must comply with environmental protection rules (ruling I.C.P.E 2714 subjecting sites whose volume of stock exceeds 100 m3 to a declaration system or sites whose volume of stock exceeds 1 000 m3 to an operating authorisation)
  • Ensure the "upstream" (including collection) and "downstream" (including export) traceability of the tonnages sorted
  • Guarantee the financial transparency of your accounts with respect to Refashion for the totality of your CHF waste of French origin and entering sorting:

- At least 90% of CHF waste must be the focus of material recovery (Export, shop, recycling).
- At least 20% of CHF waste must be the focus of recycling (garnetting and / or cutting into cleaning cloths).
- 5% maximum of CHF waste can be the focus of disposal (landfill or incineration without energy recovery).

3. How to register with the eco-organisation

Self-Deposit Bank Owner (SDBO) :

Fill in the form on the site in the "Sorting/ Collection Operator" tab and send it by email to s.richard@refashion.fr .

Your application will then be examined by Refashion who will respond..
