Where can I get my clothes and shoes repaired?
In a shop
This could be the shop where you bought your clothes or shoes (both major chains and independent retailers often offer this service), or independent craftspeople, alteration specialists or shoe repairers. These are the places most often used by the French for repairs.
Online
The principle is simple and almost always the same: book your service on the website, mark or pin your items as instructed, upload photos and send the items in. Once the repair is complete, you’ll receive your items looking as good as new, delivered straight to your door or to a designated pick-up point!
At home
Professionals located near your home often offer to come directly to your home to collect your damaged items and agree with you on the repairs to be carried out. They usually work in their workshop and then bring the repaired items back to you.
