Refashion has 32 shareholders, representing all marketers that place clothing, household linen and footwear on the market. They are divided into three categories.

Among these 32 shareholders, 12 were elected as members of the Refashion's Board of Directors. The Board of Directors appointed Didier Souflet as Chair of the Board of Directors.
