Refashion now lists all the places where citizens can drop off their used clothes, household linen and shoes, in a map made available to the general public and local authorities.

Our new accreditation reinforces our efforts to accelerate the industry's transition towards a more circular approach, by involving all local stakeholders.

Whether you have :

  • Containers on public or private roads ;

  • One or more local branches of associations that recover(s)/collect(s) clothing, shoes, and household linen in any condition;

  • A depot (recycling center, sales outlet, etc.) open to the general public.

Thanks to you, the collection of clothing and footwear is increasing every day.

 

In 2023, 268,161 tonnes of clothing, household linen and footwear were collected across France!

Make yourself known!

Being a member of the convention allows you to:

  • Be identified on the textile industry's reference map;

  • Be promoted to citizens by local authorities;

  • Participate in the traceability of second lives for used textiles.

 

By signing an agreement, you commit to:

  • Take back all used CHF;

  • Have an identified buyer for your surplus (or skimmed) product;

  • Display harmonized labels to your Voluntary Collection Points (collection addresses);

  • Declare the tonnage collected and its destination on a quarterly basis;

  • Update the address of your voluntary collection points on a daily basis.

We will provide you, free of charge, with labels and educational material to inform your public about developments in the sector.
