What is Eco-modulation?

In order to develop the environmental value of products placed on the market, over recent years the eco-organisation has put in place an eco-modulated fees scale:
Firstly, by developing the durability of products thanks to eco-design (eco-modulation 1). Secondly, by developing the incorporation of recycled materials in new products (eco-modulation 2 and 3).
